I had the opportunity to attend the Perform Better Fascia Conference and wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Nicholas Bufano and the entire Alliance Performance team.

Before the conference even began, I had a brief conversation with Nick about how I had hoped to train at his facility on my way down—but couldn’t make it work with timing. Without hesitation, he told me to be there early the next morning… and opened the facility ahead of schedule just so I could get a workout in.

That kind of hospitality speaks volumes. He absolutely didn’t have to do that, and I’m incredibly grateful.

Now, let’s talk about the facility itself—unbelievable. Even while still under construction, it’s clear this place is something special. The energy, the bouncy turf, the recovery areas—everything is top-tier. Honestly, it made me half-jokingly consider leaving my own gym to come work there.

What stood out most to me is that Alliance Performance represents a vision I’ve always believed in: a true one-stop shop. Personal training, athletic development, chiropractic care, physical therapy, and medical professionals—all working together under one roof, communicating and collaborating. That’s the future of this industry, and Nick is already building it.
