Beautiful facility- come to get it done vibes. Coaches are fantastic, observing and offering adjustments throughout class-- they want their clients to be better everyday, and offer great authentic support. Looking fwd to yoga and pilates to balance out the strength building classes! Fresh coffee, alkaline water, a healthy vending machine-- the people behind this initiative are UP TO SPEED with health offerings.

I am so happy I did the trial week because this gym is incredible. Each staff member makes you feel welcomed and remembers your name. The coaches are so knowledgeable and truly want you to succeed. They pay attention to detail and correct form, without making you feel uncomfortable, so you can get the most out of each exercise. The recovery lounge is amazing and something to take advantage of. Highly recommend!

From the minute you step into the facility, you can see the difference between this gym and any chain gym. The amenities are top of the line, the staff is amazing and the overall experience is one of the best I’ve had coming into a gym. The coaches are so knowledgeable and take the time to make corrections on form or answer any questions. The recovery is what really makes AP unique. The contrast therapy with the cold plunge and hot plunge are amazing!! I was skeptical at first but it has become one of my favorite recovery options. Not to mention the saunas, relaxing chairs and Normatec recovery sleeves. You won’t be disappointed if you join this gym!!

The best facility with an even better sense of community. Everyone really cares about your health and achieving your goals. Tony offers monthly progress checkins with inbody scans to keep you on track with your goals and various classes for all levels. Justin’s classes push me to be my best self everytime. Recovery room and offerings a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Sauna FAQs

Most people do well with sauna sessions around 10–20 minutes, depending on your experience and how hot it is. If you’re new, it’s better to start shorter and build up over time. Pay attention to how you feel, step out if needed, and make sure you’re hydrated before and after.

Using the sauna 2–4 times per week is a good starting point for most people. If you train more often, you may choose to use it more regularly as part of your recovery routine.

Most people use the sauna after a workout to help relax muscles and support recovery. Using it before can feel good, but it may leave you a little fatigued going into your session.

You do burn some calories in the sauna since your heart rate goes up and your body is working to cool itself down. That said, it’s not a replacement for exercise. Sauna use is better thought of as a recovery tool that supports your routine, not a primary way to lose weight.
