Crystal is a very special trainer to me. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and always makes me feel comfortable during workouts. She brings such a fun and positive vibe that makes working out enjoyable, and she knows how to push me in the right way to help me get real results. She explains each exercise clearly, makes sure my form is correct, and adjusts workouts based on my fitness level. She never pushes me beyond what my body can handle, which makes me feel safe and supported while still seeing progress. She’s the first trainer who has truly made me feel confident that I can achieve real results. It’s also amazing to see how she trains not only adults but also kids in the youth group—you can really see her passion and genuine care for them, and the kids clearly enjoy working out with her.

Justin is also an incredible trainer. He brings amazing energy to every class and teaches with so much passion and enthusiasm. His positive energy is contagious, and he creates a fun and motivating environment that encourages everyone to push themselves while still enjoying the workout.

Joe also played an important role when I first started here. He gave me helpful advice about the classes and provided me with the opportunity to get started and adjust to the workouts. I’m really grateful to him, because thanks to his support, I’m now able to work out confidently and consistently.

Although I’m not able to attend the morning workout classes regularly, I had the opportunity to train with Gina once in the morning. I really appreciated how detail-oriented she was in watching my form and carefully correcting my posture. I also love that the trainers here teach workouts in a much more structured and professional way compared to other gyms I’ve been to.

I feel really lucky to train with all of them, and I’m grateful for everything they bring to the gym.

If you’re no longer excited about going to a regular gym and want to learn better, more effective ways to work out, I highly recommend this place.
